Kustom Timber are my go-to timber flooring company whenever I am building or renovating. In fact, I have used their stunning floorboards in both of my recent ‘The Style School’ (TSS) projects (pic above) and plan to do so again when I renovate our new family home. I love the quality of the board itself and the Kustom Timber team are a dream to work with- efficient, honest, hardworking and just all round nice people.
Timber flooring is a timeless choice and with good wear and tear, it is the perfect surface in your home for families. With a new project for myself just around the corner, I’m excited to introduce you to Kustom Timber’s newest range ‘Immerse’ which I’m hoping to use in our family home.
What makes the ‘Immerse’ range so great is that the premium engineered oak timber flooring has been pre-treated and completely dipped (immersed- get it) in colour meaning the timber is coloured through to the core. This offers exceptional durability and reduced maintenance, especially for those high traffic areas- major winning factor right there!
What also sets this range apart is there’s nothing else on the market quite like it. It’s earthy, rustic, has great texture and rejoices in the grain’s dents, notches, spots and streaks and THAT is what makes timber such a natural beauty in my opinion. When it comes to timber flooring, there’s something perfect in the imperfections don’t ya think?
Available in 5 colours (Nordic Blonde, Forest Floor, Bluestone Lane, Highland Cattle and Sea Fog) in either standard boards, chevron and herringbone. I think I’ll order a Nordic Blonde with a side of Chevron please.
Stay tuned to Kustom Timber’s socials (@kustomtimber) as they will be unveiling a number of new ranges over the coming months. If you’d like to see, touch and feel the boards in person head to their Pop Up store in South Yarra- 439 Chapel St from October 15th.
And remember to stay tuned to my page and @becjudd instagram to watch the transformation of my new home complete with Kustom Timber Floorboards- of course
