I don’t know about you guys but I often find myself lost in the gorgeousness of Etsy’s pages for hours. Oh you know I’ll just pop on to look at some glass terrariums and before I know it I’ve purchased invitations, door knobs, crowns for the kids, jewellery boxes, a facial scrub, some room spray and a woolen throw. Ahhh you name it, Etsy has it!
For those of you who have been living under a rock, Etsy.com is a marketplace where people around the world connect, both online and offline, make, sell and buy unique goods.
And what’s even better than sourcing unique wares from around the globe? Finding local Australian homewares that are stylish, personalised and truly one-of-a-kind. Yes there is a very inspirational local community of makers out there who design some seriously awesome stuff.
I hope you like my edit of some of my fave Australian Etsy homewares today and if you want something even more personalised for yourself then get in touch with the makers as many of them accept custom orders (Oh yes- I am partial to a bit of customised, personalised paraphernalia).
Etsy, you had me at hello!
