Introducing Ivy Muse + Giveaway

Introducing IVY MUSE- a botanical wares studio focusing on Melbourne made, limited edition plant stands who have just launched their first collection, GEOSCAPES.

The brainchild of longtime friends Jacqui Vidal and Alana Langan (of Signed and Numbered and Hunt & Bow fame), the ladies launched the business with a mission to produce beautiful, functional stands that allow people to get creative with their greenery.

Featuring four geometric-inspired designs, the intensely-coloured steel stands offer plant lovers maximum creativity to showcase their greenery in and around the home or workspace. With a mix of smaller and larger stands for pots to sit in or on, be as creative as you can with the incredible flexibility that these gorgeous pieces offer.

Each design in the inaugural collection is available in Matt Black and Matt White, plus a limited edition colour unique to that design; Teal (‘Butterfly’), Soft Blue (‘Feline’), Burnt Copper (‘Hourglass’) and Champagne (‘Classic’). Of course my fave is the Burnt Copper!

To celebrate the launch of IVY MUSE, Jacqui and Alana are giving away a plant stand of the winner’s choice. And just to make it extra special, the winner can choose any colour they like, making the stand they receive a unique one off! To enter, just tell me in the comments section below, which stand/colour combo you’d go for and why. Winner contacted within 7 days by IVY MUSE to deliver prize.

To purchase an IVY MUSE design, head to www.ivymuse.com.au (Also available at Signed and Numbered here and Hunt and Bow here).

I would choose the Feline in black. We are fixing up our back verandah area and hope to polish the cement floor out there. We have a long blonde wood table with bench stools and would like to add industrial style black pendant lights too.

  2. Rachel M

We love to keep plants in our living and dining areas for a vibrant touch of life. One small problem….our 11 month old boy loves to taste the dirt out of our pot plants. Now that he is walking, it has become impossible!
The Butterfly design is elegant – colour of choice – Limited edition Teal.

  3. Lorin S

Hourglass in burnt copper – it would be a perfect match for the spun copper pendant about to be installed in our master bedroom. The style of the plant stand offers the flexibility to be more than just a plant stand.

  4. Andrea P

I love the Classic in Champagne. Just gorgeous! It would perfectly suit my entrance hallway which is mainly black and white. Stunning designs!

  5. Lauren K

I absolutely adore Feline in soft blue! Each week at the end of our market shop I buy a beautiful bunch of blooms but because we live in an apartment we don’t really have the bench spare for them. An Ivy Muse plant stand would solve all my problems! I’d place the vase on the top of the stand and enjoy those beautiful flowers (and a clutter free bench) all week!

I would choose the hourglass in matt black. Its’ shape is delicate while being practical and sturdy enough to hold my fiddle leaf fig in the corner of my living room.

  7. Zoe M

I love the Feline stand in Matt Black. The shape of the plant stand is very elegant and soft and I love the contrast of the eye catching but still contemporary colouring with the shape of the stand! You can never go wrong with a beautiful piece of furniture that’s black!

  8. Siobhan C

I would love the Feline in soft blue. With something tropical and leafy on board, It would be the perfect addition to a lonely looking corner in my bedroom!

  9. Olivia B

Beautiful & simple designs. My favourite is the classic in champagne; beautiful shape and a great addition to a long white hallway for a plant or fresh flowers to brighten up the space.

These are amazing!! We have just renovated our house and I am finding i have so many blank empty spaces throughout. I am not overly confident with my styling either so trying to find pieces to fill our house and make it our home is extremely tough!! I love how with this piece you can easily change things up to! So many pot and plant choices to completely change the space. My favourite is the butterfly in matt black but if i could pick any colour I think it would be a dark grey!!

Love love love the burnt copper and Matt black!! Something so delicate and unique would look great in our newly renovated bathroom up against our carrera marble vanity – AMAZING!

The Classic in Champagne would perfectly finish off the empty corner in my living area. I need the height to balance the lower entertainment unit. I would then have to purchase some of the others to place on the deck that hubby is currently building! They would provide the indoor/outdoor connection!

I would love a gorgeous Matt white Hourglass stand. The hourglass shape is so unique and would be the perfect size for any space. I love the bright, fresh crispness of white. White would also look absolutely stunning when teamed with a gorgeous green, vibrant plant. It would make such a statement piece in my new house. Thanks for a great competition.

I’d definetly choose the gorgeous white stand in the 4th picture. I have a corner of the room in my house which is dull & in need of some lifting. A gorgeous plant stand & plant will just bring make this living area so much more appealing.
I’m slowly trying to add style to my home which will also help with the echo in the house from being so bare.

  15. Danielle M

Oh these are gorgeous. My pick would be the Feline in Pale Blue. I LOVE the idea of housing a glass vase and bouquet, so very pretty. I adore flowers but unfortunately we don’t have enough bench space for vases in our home. These designs would certainly solve that problem. Simple, unique, and kiddy friendly too!

  16. Jess R

I love the feline design. It would have to be in the soft blue colour to match my blue British shorthair cats. I have no doubt that they will think they look better in the stand than any flowering terra-cotta

How funny we just finished a make over in our study! I said it really needs a pot plant stand in this bare area…
Since most of the study is white I would love to introduce the Burnt Copper tall stand in there. Fingers crossed :))

  18. Tania

I really love the first one pictured with the floral plant simply because it also looks like a mini stool! I love that it’s white, simple and fresh to complement any plant without over powering it. Tania

    These are so elegant.
I love the butterfly in white – its simple, slimline and elegant.
Placed in the corner of a room this would just be so beautiful, clean and modern looking

  20. monica c

Hi ladies :) The white is gorgeous! I have some African Violets at home which would be the perfect choice. Thank you so much!

  21. Jelena M

The Classic in gorgeous champagne colour, filled with beautiful peonies. Would be perfect in my baby girl’s bedroom! A piece which is so feminine and delicate yet eye-catching – an heirloom to be treasured for generations to come…

Another amazing find on your blog…I just love these stands and indoor plants can really make a room look that little bit more homely! I would love to put the blue stand and the White pot in mine & fiancé’s new bathroom that we are styling at the moment after moving into our first home! :)

  23. Sarah S

Gorgeous, Gorgeous, Gorgeous!!! So hard to decide, they all look great!! I think I would go for the white stand with a black pot – Black and white with greenery really stands out making the plant give life and warmth to the room :) xx

    Hello!

I would choose the white frame, with the white pot (with fern type plant inside & beads on the bottom of the frame). I was literally asking at our local nursery for something similar to this last week. I have been searching for something like this to place outside on our verandah next to our back enterance. We live an an old farm house, 120 years old, with white verandan the whole way around. So glad you have features these pieces on your blog – they are harder to come across than you might thinks! Thanks xo
